Tronstride is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. As a Sales Executive at Tronstride, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
4. Present, promote, and sell produc using solid arguments to prospective customers.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals within the assigned territory.
6. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
7. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on sales performance.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in any field
•Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
•Proficiency in Malayalam a Hindi is a plus
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience and Skills:
•Knowledge and experience with ERP, POS, and HR systems are a plus
•Valid driving license is an advantage
•At least 2 years of working experience in UAE is preferred
