Job Description:
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Software and IT products & services to customers. Ability to identify potential leads, establish customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Engage in cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aen, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential customers through market research and cold calling.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies.
• Provide after-sales support and address customer complaints or inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong knowledge of information technology software sales
