We are looking for a Marketing Executive with proven experience in cleaning services or Facility Management industry.
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 4500+Commission
Responsibilities:
Generate new sales leads
Generating sales with existing clients
Identify potential clients, schedule and conduct sales meetings and achieve targets.
Liaising between clien and the company for up-to-date status of services, pricing etc.
Report on sales activities to senior management.
Market research and developing the business reach
Ensure successful sales retention through relationship development and maintenance with the customers, attending to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Explore new tender opportunities via various media and portals.
Work closely with other departments including Operations, Human Resource, Accounts and Procurement.
Social media marketing
Minimum 4 years of experience in cleaning services industry or facility management
Strong Marketing Skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent communication skills in English
Arabic will be an added advantage
UAE driving License mandatory
