As a Sales Executive at Qubello Facility Management LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and generating new business for our facility management and interior fit-out renovation services. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new client opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the facility management and interior fit-out renovation sectors.
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Utilize your knowledge of facility management and interior fit-out renovation to provide expert advice and solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to address client queries and issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics.
License: UAE driving license is mandatory.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in facility management or interior fit-out renovation sales.
Technical Knowledge: A background in facility management or a related technical field is advantageous.
