We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven professional for our client who is a leading Event management, brand & retail engagement firm in the UAE. The role will primarily focus on promotional business, retail branding, packaging, etc. and we are ready for immediate hiring.
The candidate should have a clear proven record in the industry and stable employment history as the main task is to ensure to secure new business opportunities by providing the business of promotions to the clients.
Key duties:
1. Ensure business growth: New client enrollment, research and analyze market trends, proposal and presentation to clients.
2. Coordination & communication on daily basis with clients
3. Procurement of Promotions: Use the new book or promoters, personnel, suppliers for branding and retail activation along with the existing book maintained by the organization. Ensure costs are kept at a minimum with quality standards being adhered to.
4. Operations schedule management, Understanding production standards, procedures, and materials used. Constant evaluation and check on vendor quality, ensure timely delivery.
5. Accurate reporting of project performance.
The candidate needs to have a clear idea and knowledge of promotional events, retail activations, and marketing theories hence supporting the Commercial Director to achieve the overall business objectives.
Experience:
3-5 years experience in promotional business
Knowledge:
● A Bachelo in Even Manageme
● Fluent in the English language (Arabic language is preferred)
● Experience Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
