DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•To ensure that each supervisor is meeting his dai sales targets (value, mix of products, area coverage, returns and promotion targets).
•To play a “hands on “role in the marketplace motivating and directing the Sales Supervisors to maximise their sales and maintain high standards of customer service.
•Report the dai activities such as Supervisors' performance, Loss of Sales –vehicles, fridges, stands, shelves visibility displays and non-available products, and working staff and vehicles.
•Achieve needed results and a high level of sales performance
•Formulate pricing policies in coordination with senior managers.
•To ensure that each supervisor has his tasks allocated each day and logged on his task sheets and to ensure at the end of the working day that they have fulfilled those tasks as instruct.
•To carefully monitor the market for new developments and changes and report back on these immediately.
•To carry out regular monthly performance appraisals for each Supervisor and provide a rated assessment of their performance as per company policy.
•To provide input into the ongoing and budgeted advertising and promotions plan for the company in accordance with the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's (Required)
•FMCG Food Retail Sales in UAE: 5 years (Required)
•Sales and distribution FMCG in UAE: 5 years (Required)
•English (Required)
•UAE driving license (Required
