Sales Manag Relationship Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
•To be able to work on buying, selling and rental, as well as off-plan properties.
•Maintain and update listings of available properties.
•Add listings in provided portals (company website, Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and etc.)
•To prepare reports, statistics and required files
•Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
•Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
•Maintain up to date knowledge of property laws & policies.
