JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Manager-Architectural Building Products
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years plus experience working as an Architectur Sales Manager.
GCC experience is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years experience in Qatar is required.
Responsibilities:
Generate business to achieve business plan.
Possess in-depth knowledge of our interior fit-out solutions, including architectural design, space planning, materials, and construction methods.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Build a Robust pipeline of opportunities to meet targets.
Look for new avenues for expanding / diversifying portfolio of services.
Maintain close track of new projects in the country.
Prepare proposals to customers and follow up till the deal is completed.
Develop long term relationship with clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Key Expectations & Skills Required:
Excellent consultative selling and presentation skills
Strong network of contacts with the Architectural Interior Designs.
Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the architectural interior design fit-out industry.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Valid Qatar Driving license.
