• Responsible for the segment P&L and the delivery of aligned targets including forecasting and demand planning
• Lead, coach and mentor sales team members and work on developing a talent pipeline

• Provide insights on market developments to internal stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or any b tech holders
• Construction industry exp
1-5 years relevant sales experience * Strong relationships with construction consultants, main contractors, applicators
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Word,
• Strong leadership and people management skills
