*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the pest control industry.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and meet targets.
- Provide technical expertise on pest control solutions to both clients and team members.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure alignment on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the pest control or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of pest control methods and products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
- GCC or Bahrain car Driving license available.
