ARTE Consulting's HR branch is looking for a Sales Manager for one of its clients. Our client is a real estate agency established in 2023 in the United Arab Emirates by a team of highly qualified and talented sales managers, specialised in Dubai property market (off-plan & secondary).
Tasks
Within the agency, your role will be to :
• Generate customer leads according to the methods provided by the company ;
• Greet customers at the agency and by phone ;
• Control the various stages of the sales process: delivery, collection of payment,
customer relations, etc. ;
• Analyse sales results in order to optimise figures and take corrective action ;
• Draft reports, fill in dashboards and manage staff schedules ;
• Conduct market research ;
• Organise meetings.
- Prerequisite: native Arabic speaker + fluent English (perfect reading & writing) ;
- Additional knowledge of a third language would be appreciated ;
- Business school graduate a sales experience ;
- Experience in real estate desired but not essential ;
- Very comfortable in writing and speaking ;
- Customer-focused ;
- Good presentation ;
- Flexibility, availability, reactivity ;
- Good computer skills.
