Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales and manage client relationships in the construction equipment, heavy machinery, and power tools sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, building strong customer bases, and delivering excellent after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales, profitability, and collection targets in assigned territories.
Client Credibility: Fully investigate and ascertain the credibility of new clients to ensure a quality customer base.
Customer Interaction: Engage closely with clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations at client sites, and showcase product sustainability.
Market Insights: Identify upcoming projects and sales opportunities in advance, ensuring a proactive approach to business development.
Feedback and Reporting: Convey client feedback, especially of a technical nature, to appropriate management levels for necessary action.
After-Sales Service: Ensure excellent after-sales service by promptly addressing customer complaints and delivering satisfactory solutions.
Payment Management: Clearly communicate credit periods and payment terms to customers, ensuring timely collection of dues.

Candidate Requirements

Required Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in sales within Construction Equipment, Heavy Machinery, or Power Tools industries.
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Proficiency in demonstrating products and aligning them with client needs.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Proven track record of meeting sales and profitability targets.
Ability to identify and anticipate market trends and project opportunities.
