Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant with strictly at least 2 years working experience in U.A.E. construction company (preferably in swimming pool and water feature construction) to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be responsible for gathering swimming pool project inquiries by mail or calls and working closely with the estimation team for costing. You will send all project quotations to all clients and rigorously follow up to get the projects and close sales.
To be a successful candidate, you should have a broad knowledge of construction projects in the U.A.E. with swimming pools or water feature works. Possess modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, the ability in performing well by consistently closing projects and getting sales.
Sales and Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
Lead the sales by closing project inquiries.
Conducting market research for proposed & ongoing projects.
Working with the estimation team for proper costing and giving correct project cost.
Answering client queries for projects & products.
Maintaining good client relations.
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Sales and Marketing Assistant Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Proven work experience and good track record as sales and marketing specialists in the U.AE. construction sector.
Knowledge of marketing techniques.
High-level communication and networking skills.
A passion for sales.
Good project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
