Job description: For Business Development Executive
Client side:
•Follow up on client relations, which includes retaining & developing client portfolio, signing new projects and identifying potential future project requirements
•Liaise with clients to ascertain their event requirements, produce detailed proposals and work on multiple projects concurrently.
•Deal with client requests in the most efficient & cost effective way to the advantage of the company.
•The commercial and financial aspects of Client projects ( including payment collection )
•Build good-will and maintain positive relationships with key decision makers.
•Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests inquiries are attended to.
•The role will involve researching and identifying new business, pitching to new clients and Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the client relations
•Respond to invitations to tender, generating financial offers and all relevant doentation.
•Register the Vega Solutions with client in case Vega Solutions in not registered.
Internal:
•Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
•Liaise with the Project managers and estimation team for the final proposal for the clients
•To share the client approved and stamped BOQ, Designs to project management team.
•Incase of any variation on the project get the information from the project team and share the proposal with the client
•Daily updating of sales reports to the MIS department from enquires and sales visits.
•Creating database of clients, agencies, exhibition center and following-up on regular basis to generate leads
•Preparing detailed information doents & marketing materials related to products and services
Delivery:
•Be present during the handover of exhibition stand build up and event environment set up to the client.
•Take clients feedback and report back to the Project Managers
•Oversee project delivery for the client, in terms of timelines and quality.
Finalization:
•Report to the Manager by way of the Post Action Report.
•Settle payments as per the payment terms
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•Technical knowledge about Exhibition Stand Construction like materials and finishes
•5+ years' of sales experience
•Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
