Sales and Marketing Professional
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our radio station. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful strategies that drive revenue and profits. Prior work experience of working with advertising agency is a plus point. Having your own clientele is an added advantage and should be willing to achieve targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, managing customer relationships, and working with other departments to ensure successful outcome.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute successful marketing strategies to drive revenue and profits for the radio through sponsorship from companies and clients.
• Manage customer relationships, including resolving customer complaints and answering questions regarding spots, sponsorship, segment and all media related elements.
• Work with other departments to ensure successful launches and advertising factors
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to develop new marketing strategies for the radio.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales.
• Coordinate with team to ensure having sponsorship for each shows or by selling radio elements or events.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales related field.
• At least two years of experience in sales and marketing advertising field or media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong skills to achieve targets and generating business to the radio.
