Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Administrative Assistant located in Dubai. The role involves supporting the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling customer inquiries.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
