Sales & Marketing Executive - Water Sports Equipment Sales, Boats Sales & Yacht Charter
We are looking for outgoing, sales driven candidates with a "can-do" attitude to join our team. College degree required with computer skills and knowledge is a must.
As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Vitamin Sea Watersports, you will be working with the sales team to market and sell watersports equipment, boats and book Yacht charters.

Job Responsibilities:
To develop, implement, track and execute all Sales opportunities for Vitamin Sea Watersports Services (Boats, Water Sports Equipments sales and Yacht Charters).
To Market and Sell Vitamin Sea Watersports products & Services to external prospects including corporate events, meetings, personal milestone events, holiday parties & celebrations.
To maintain outside outreach through prospecting, connecting and relationships to generate new leads list for new business, and to identify Sales opportunities in UAE & the region.
To promote Vitamin Sea Watersports products & service using all social media and other means of communication.
To report on new activity (weekly and monthly reports).
To professionally and efficiently respond to incoming inquiries by phone, email, web, etc.
To establish and maintain relationships for long-term client accounts within mark
Prepare, attend, and participate in regular sales meetings and operation meetings, reporting results of sales efforts; closing rates, pipeline, lead sources, etc.
Off-site meetings and sales calls out of office
Travel Required: Within UAE and travel abroad maybe required.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
Good track record for meeting Sales Targets.
2-3 years experience in selling Water Sports Equipment, Boats and Yacht Charters.
Exceptional telephone skills and ability to communicate to all external and internal clients.
Strong Business Writing Skills.
Solid Time Management, Organization and Prioritization Skills.
Advanced knowledge in social media to drive Sales with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook…etc.
Ability to create new Business, generate revenue and to maintain current client relationships to repeat Business.
Computer Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Microsoft Outlook …etc.) and Database Management.
Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
Exceptional customer service abilities.
Must have own vehicle and good driving record with valid driver’s license.
