SALES OFFICER - BANKING SECTOR :
Salary Range : AED 3000- 3500/ + sales Commission
Job details :
The person holding this position will be responsible for promoting and selling Banking products, registering new clients while providing them with full support and information and achieving the set targets and KPIs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Meeting customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism of response either face to face, in written or at the telephone.
• Proven ability in customer service and building customer relationships
• Ability to identify customer needs and influence customers to take appropriate action to meet their needs
• An understanding of Banking (Credit Cards & Loans) product knowledge and its Policy and Guidelines
• A broad knowledge of defining customer needs
• An understanding of the needs of the mass affluent customer segment in general
• A full understanding of referral processes
• Ensure all customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximized
• Proactively support others through direct and indirect actions beyond activities particular to this role
• Coach and develop members of the team to ensure common customer experience and offering
• Actively promote the use of direct channels to the customer.
• Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to h, for various products and services


Candidate Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline with sales experience up to 3 years in Banking Industry
• Age - Between 25-30 years
• Excellent communication with experience in banking sector with proven track record as excellent sales person
• Candidate Requirement - from India .
• Candidate Educational Certificate – UAE Embassy attested Should be Attested

Skills:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Passion (must take initiatives and not avoid targets)
• Socially Confident (able to start a conversation with new people easily and be confident in the interaction)
• Problem Solving & Closure (when faced with a problem, must be able to identify and seek help from the right people without hesitation. Able to keep commitments made to others and ensure that the task is complete)
• Customer driven with a strong focus on quality of service
• Proven ability in making decisions in accordance with company policy and guidelines
• A clear understanding of how value is created, both for customers and the company
