Job Description

• Driving the relationship with Sales and acting as the voice into the business from a global sales perspective.
• Data Management and Governance, providing clear insights to the business and teams to drive data governance and accurate reporting.
• Forecasting management. Supporting the regional sales cycle through all stages, from lead generation through w
• Sales Team Support, enabling efficiency.
• Support the Director and Regional Leads with managing KPIs. Working with leaders to establish goals and performance targets to acknowledge and resolve waning performance.
• Support the Director with Regional Strategic Planning, such as QBRs, reviewing process and procedures to drive conversions and shorten the sales cycle.
• Reporting and Insights, working with the Data Analytics team to provide meaningful reports to the region to drive growth. As well as supporting the leadership in the region with communications.
• Owning regional tools, Systems and Process Onboarding. Supporting the creation and deployment of appropriate training, conte messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force. End-to-end process flows, SOPs, “how to guides”. As well as being a first point of contact for syste issues.
• Responsible for tracking and analysis of courseware and sales enablement content usage. Supporting regional leaders in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program.
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment; and develops personal growth opportunities.


Candidate Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices.
• Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
• Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer's journey alignment.
• Extensive knowledge of sales management best practices, including pipeline management and developmental sales coaching.
• Expert ability to plan and facilitate meetings.
• Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
• Strong negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
• Highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Expert ability to consult or provide guidance on complex matters to non-specialists; ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
• Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.
