Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to help us expand our client base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of building materials to construction companies, contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
Conduct regular site visits to understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to potential clients.
Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license is a must, as this role involves traveling to client locations.
