A day in the life of a secondary market agent entails:
Allocating and specializing in certain are
Calling (verified) potential leads or property owners
Getting and maintaining listings (preferred exclusive)
Maintaining relationships with clients and sellers
Doing due diligence
Closing deals
Facilitating transfers
Meeting targets
Updating sellers and buyers with latest market trends for both sale and purchase
purposes
Handling enquiries from prospective Buyers and Sellers
Qualifying buyers and conducting viewings
Conducting CMAs for presentation to prospective buyers
Negotiate pricing between Buyer and Seller
Initiating and negotiating terms and contracts between two parties
Understanding and comparing communities within Dubai
Updating leads daily on a very supportive CRM
Collaborating with colleagues and teammates for effective closure
Weekly sales meetings and trainings with management
Minimum 1-year sales experience either direct or secondary sales in UAE (required)
Driver’s license (required)
Bachelor’s or Associate degree (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English (Additional language is a plus)
Entrepreneurial drive
Ability to make and maintain relationships in the market
Good time management
Can work independently
Able to work under pressure
