Generate client leads to buy or sell;
Provide consultancy and advice to potential clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages;
Assist the potential clients to purchase / sell the property for the right price and under the best terms;
Accompany the client to view the property;
Act as an intermediary in price negotiations between the buyers and sellers;
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, size, etc;
Prepare the relevant documents for the property transaction such as contacts, NOC letter, MOU...etc..
Experience with sales is a must
