Responsibilities:
•Coordinate front-desk activities and administrative and clerical tasks
•Welcome guests and greet people who visit our office
•Perform sales, as part of our Commercial Department
•Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow-up calls
•Follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating credit terms and conditions
•Schedule meetings
•Ensure reception area is tidy.
Qualifications & Experience: Customer Service / Good personal presentation and pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
Gender: FEMALE
Language: English (Excellent fluency in speaking & writing Required) / + Other (knowledge in different languages is a plus).
