Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers through direct sales efforts. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a key role in achieving our sales goals and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold-calling, door-to-door sales, and other sales strategies
Present and promote our products to customers and answer any questions they may have
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the management team
Attend training and sales meetings as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work well under pressure
A valid UAE driver's license is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
