Position: Sales Representative
As a Sales Representative at our company, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential clients in order to drive sales and contribute to the growth of the business.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients in the construction and manpower industry through research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers by conducting market analysis and evaluating customer needs.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual agreement on terms and conditions.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Provide after-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
Actively participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand the company's network and promote our products and services.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the construction or manpower industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients.
Strong prospecting and networking abilities to generate leads and build a client base.
Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions accordingly.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented individual.
