Job Description
As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by nurturing existing client relationships while actively seeking and converting new sales opportunities across various service categories. Your role demands a deep understanding of our produc, effective sales techniques, and the ability to navigate the entire sales cycle efficiently. Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
•Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth product knowledge to customers.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
•Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
•Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:
•Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in UAE
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
•Fluent in English, both spoken and written. An additional language, particularly Arabic, would be an advantage.
•The ability to travel to customers.
•Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
•Knowledge of market trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscape
•Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong proficiency in Russian – ADVANTAGE
•Work experience in beauty, healthcare\medical, cosmetics industry – ADVANTAGE
•Available for immediate joining
