• Achieving the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Applying up-selling and cross-selling methods.
• Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices and sales & delivering Reports.
• Making phone calls, visits and online researches to attract new prospective clients.
• Visiting potential clients, evaluate their needs and offer them our products and services.
• Answering all client questions on products, prices and availability.
• Building and maintain excellent customer relationship in order to build strong loyalty.
• Communicating with customers after receipt of their orders; assess their satisfaction, resolve their concerns in order to meet their expectations.
