The goal is to facilitate the sales team activities to maximize their performance and to build solid and long-lasting relationship with clients.
Duties & Responsibilities : Assists the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers and follow-up. Coordinates with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensures all customers have up-to-date information and materials. • Handles calls, emails, and answers customer queries with accuracy and timeliness.
Skills & Requirement:
Should have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be energetic in presentation at the client’s site.
Should have Graduate Degree.
Should have good knowledge of MS Office.
Should have good interpersonal skills.
