JOB DESCRIPTION -SALES & TRIAL EXECUTIVExecutive
We are looking for a results-driven trial & Sales representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Essentially, they will be required to serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers on the products while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Present, promote and sell produc using a sound understanding of our product to existing and prospective customers.
• Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existi customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and old existing contacts.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyse the territo potential, track sales, and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Responsible for ensuring the trials conducted are in compliance with local rules and regulations. •
Creates a maintains all documents and records related to the trials.
Manages the inventory of equipment and supplies related to the trials and endeavours to convert every trial into a commercial order as needed
Attends meetings, events and seminars in order to promote the products.
Creating reports on each trial, including notes on protocols, workload, data collection, and more
Must have to hold a valid UAE driving license.
Required Education Bachelor� degree in Agriculture or associated field, with a minor in Business, would be helpful.
REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS
• Proven work experience as a Sales /Trial Representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
