Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of the company. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, promoting our products, and meeting sales targets. This role requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Generate new leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
4. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.
5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to prospective customers.
6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales deals.
7. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay informed about changes and opportunities.
8. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
9. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
10. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
11. Prepare regular sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the trading industry is preferred.
2. Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or any other languages is a plus.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close sales successfully.
5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
6. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize work effectively.
9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
10. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
