Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and services.
Identify market opportunities and define strategies to capture market share.
Sales Management:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.
Establish sales goals, track performance, and report on sales metrics.
Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and oversee advertising and promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Ensure brand messages are consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze competitor behavior and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget to ensure funds are allocated efficiently and effectively.
Track and report on marketing expenditures and return on investment (ROI).
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Develop and manage customer retention strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any customer issues or concerns.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product development teams to understand product specifications and develop marketing plans accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to align on business objectives and strategies.
Digital Marketing:

Qualifications:
