We are seeking a professional and friendly Salon Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for our salon, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they arrive at the salon and provide them with a warm welcome.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon's booking system efficiently.
Provide information to clients about salon services, pricing, and availability.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including managing retail displays and keeping track of inventory.
Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
Assist stylists and other salon staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve client complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Keep track of daily appointments and follow up with clients to confirm or reschedule as necessary.
Maintain knowledge of salon products and services to effectively promote them to clients.
Adhere to salon policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer software and salon management systems.
Knowledge of beauty products and services is a plus.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Valid work permit or residency visa in the UAE.
