Making appointments, confirming appointments, and checking in clients as they arrive at the salon
Answering phones and greeting clients in a friendly manner
Processing payments and handling cash transactions
Providing customer service by answering questions about salon services or products
Scheduling appointments with clients and confirming them through email or phone calls
Determining which stylist should work with each client based on their preferences or special requests
Providing a friendly reception experience for clients by welcoming them warmly and offering refreshments while they wait for their appointments
Preparing payments for services rendered, filing receipts, and processing accounts payable using accounting software
Recording stylist notes about each client’s haircut preferences for future reference
Must have Qatari visa - transferable
Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role
Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
Familiarity with processing transactions
Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
Solid organization and record-keeping skills
An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
