Receptionist / Cashier should possess excellent organizational and marketing skills. She should be able to remain calm in stressful situations and provide excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities:Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.Attending to customer needs, inquiries, and complaints.Informing hairdressers and beauticians about customer appointments and requirements.Managing phone calls, emails, deliveries, and office inventory.Processing bookings and cancellations, and managing appointment schedules.Ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional.Assisting with marketing and sales by providing customers with information on promotions and new products and services.Processing transactions and issuing receipts.Performing administrative tasks such as filing, updating records, and logging transactions
1. At least 2-3 years’ excellent customer service and support experience - in GCC or in Philippines, Salon Experience a PLUS
2. Presentable, courteous, punctual and dependable, with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
3. Multi-tasking capability with strong organizational skills and proficiency in using Point-Of-Sales systems required.
4. Strong communication skills in English is a MUST, Tagalog is a MUST and knowing Arabic is an advantage.
5. High School Diploma is a MUST, any certification in office management will be a plus.
