We are seeking an experienced dedicated and professional Female Secretary Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain and organize office files, doents, and records
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office management
Coordinate office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
Liaise with various departments and external clients when needed
Fluent in English
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Secretary Receptionist role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
