A Dubai based company is looking for SECURITY MANAGER
•Manage and train security guard
•Hiring and On-boarding new security guards
•Sets the Security Guards & staffing Schedule
•Creating all security policies and procedures
•Conducts regular security inspection
•Recommends new security technology
•SIRA Certification is MANDATORY
•Security Guard and Managerial experience in DUBAI is must to qualify for this position.
•Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
•Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to hotel security.
•Excellent leadership and team management skills.
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to remain calm and act quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
•Proficiency in using security systems and technology, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
•Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
•Certification in security management or relevant industry certifications is a plus.
Experience:
•security manager: 2 years (Preferred)
•in same: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
•SIRA Certificate (Preferred)
