Senior Accountant's role is to support the Chief Accountant & Treasury Director in Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances, preparing financial statements, assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas and performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial positi variance analysis
Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely financial information and reports to facilitate the decision-making process and ensure success of the company
Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances
Attend to daily finance and accounting functions of the company
Monitoring and liaison for Accounts Payable and Receivables
Managing and Coordinating for Trade Finance for Bank Facility Utilization
Prepare and Submit VAT and other Statutory Compliances
Preparation of MIS Reports on Financial Parameters and other Balance Sheet Schedules
Prepare forecast and yearly budgets of the company and determine the financial advantages
Coordinating with External and Internal Auditors on planning and Finalization Phase of Audit
Develop internal control policies, guidelines and procedures for activities such as cash management, stock monitoring, inventory control and etc.
- 3+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- CPA preferred
