Responsibilities
Cost Accounting
Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
Research and analyze expense variances for company management
Conduct all required financial reporting which includes a balance sheet and P&L reporting.VAT knowledge & experience
Responsible for managing accounts receivables and payables.
Prepared and review consolidated monthly management reports.
Coordinate with team members to execute day-to-day accounting operations utilizing standard process.
Implement systems, processes & manuals for preparation & maintenance of books of accounts & financial statements in compliance with all statutory requirements.
Ensure statutory compliance, audit and complete recording of transactions in Accounts at the time of finalization.
Generate MIS, costing, project estimation, manufacturing process analysis, reconcile statements and analyze data to assist top management in informed decision making.
Handle budgeting preparation, cascade and control, tracking and ensuring adherence to budget.
Review and improve business processes in terms of productivity, effectiveness and business advantage.
Collaborate with banks to handle all routine banking operations and ensure their smooth execution.
Qualifications
5+ years' of professional accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
CPA or others
