Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations, manage client accounts, conduct financial reviews and analyses, and lead a team of one junior accountant. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent client management skills, and proficiency in accounting software like Xero and Zoho.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage bookkeeping operations for multiple clients from various industries.
Lead and supervise a junior accountant, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Conduct in-depth financial reviews and analyses to ensure accurate reporting.
Prepare monthly reports (MR) and financial statements for clients.
Manage client interactions, addressing queries, providing insights, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Utilize accounting software such as Xero and Zoho to manage and streamline accounting processes.
Assist in implementing best practices to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
