Ideal applicant needs to be creative and experienced in handling chocolate.
Applicant must hold Knowledge in:
-Dealing with chocolate tempring machines and tools
-Tempering, dipping, moulding, decorating, coating, garnishing and sculpting chocolate
-Making chocolates pieces e.g truffles and chocolate filled with nuts, caramel, coffee and chocolate bars, chocolate confectionery, and all shapes of chocolate
-Creating colored cocoa butter, apply on chocolate, spray the chocolate, store the chocolate and packing the chocolate
-Maintenaning and safety aspects of the role, including cleaning and disinfecting premises, equipment and materials, and verifying the correct operation of equipment and safety devices
-Quality control is also part of the role, requiring the chocolatier to check the conformity of raw materials and products throughout the manufacturing process, as well as weights and quantities, and the appearance of finished products
Be based in UAE for immediate joining
Have product development experience and team management experience
