Responsibilities:
Track and improve key metrics pertaining to last mile fulfilment, customer delight (NPS), covering speed and accuracy of delivery and taking quick decisions to align end objective KPI’s
Identify le indicators and drive initiatives to maintain excellence
Leading all SAP User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ecommerce / digital improvements within retail stores and warehouse fulfilment,
Work with EIT (Enterprise IT) teams to help drive and deliver roadmap for digital solutions for Customer experience
Collaborate with the business teams to Create the UAT criteria to enable internal testing success.
Lead lean initiatives to improve key fulfilment related metrics
Be a core team member in the engagement between the supply chain planning & ops team and the various categories
Accountable for communication and reporting of progress, accomplishments and challenges
Driver key operational and customer service metrics consistently
Cost, quality and efficiency management to achieve operations SLAs
Responsible for handling manpower and create, review & analyze reports on operations
Ensure the system and ops level guidelines strictly adhere in the respective facilities
Visit and follow-up with last mile hubs to ensure all measuring KPIs are met
Ensuring control for Achieve Last Mile metrics to ensure performance goals are successfully met, decrease incident rates, comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.
Monitor the established KPI and productivity goals with last mile providers and hold review sessions and generate reports and improvement plans
Engagement with the customer service, customer support to ensure NPS communication is distributed for successful learning and improvements
