Executive secretary of the Executive manager. Assist, Organize and maintain the executive manager schedule and assist by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• All kind of administrative tasks duties given by Executive manager.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to Executive manager.
• Prepare quotations, Proforma invoices and email communications with suppli if required..
• Schedule meetings and arrange conference.
• Handle information requests.
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Typing, preparing and collating reports.
Job Requirements:.
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (Outlook email and copy machines)
• Excellent in English and Arabic verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Well-developed organizational skills.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent writing skills.
