Heat, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Senior Engineer is to maintain and monitor & inspect HVAC systems a components to required specifications, focusing on the economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability. is applying HVAC engineering best international and Saudi practices to drive out sources of repetitive failures in HVAC (chilled water and DX units) equipment and maintenance processes. will identify and control related asset reliability risks. Involved in early management for design and installation stages of projects for new assets and modification of existing assets. Involved in the implementation of all Maintenance regimes analysis and provide all the needed technical support to enhance and improve. Participate in the operation of HVAC systems (Chilled water O&M and networking etc.-DX and split units) according to current policies and procedures. will be a technical reference in case the maintenance team faced any abnormal issue on the HVAC side.
