o Specify and record scope of work of projects to be handled by the design team.
o Create innovative bathroom design concepts / design bathroom interiors using various software as indicated in above qualifications in accordance with client requirements
o Receive instructions from the sales department and provide necessary support I order to close the sale.
o Liaise / Coordinate with the sales and project departments concerning design details in accordance with client requirements and subsequently obtain client approval.
o Allocate and delegate design works to the design team
o Liaise / submit daily reports / updates to the accounts department.
o Supervise design team and monitor work progress so as to ensure the delivery of works within the agreed period of time
o Review design team drawings prior to client submission
o Report to update the Director, Sales on issues regarding design and other matters relating to the department.
• Min 8 years of experience required as interior designer on commercial and residential designs
• Proficient and have hands on experience using AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, 3DMAX, Sketch up.
• Has the ability to lead a Team of designers, able to schedule work load, well organized and has keen attention to details.
• Knowledge on a broad range of sanitary wares and flooring materials such as porcelain and ceramic tiles etc
• Self-motivated, can work under pressure and flexible in order to meet deadlines.
