- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with an understanding of Dubai’s legal system.
- The Legal and Public Affairs Department provides comprehensive legal and public affairs services to support the company's operations, including contract management, legal consultation, risk management, compliance, dispute resolution, public relations, and communication.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and amend contracts; maintain and update contract templates.
- Legal Consultation: Provide legal advice to departments; ensure decisions comply with legal requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks; implement preventive measures.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration; coordinate with external legal advisors.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies; conduct compliance audits and training.
- Intellectual Property Protection: Manage and protect trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Policy Development and Advocacy: Develop internal policies; represent the company’s interests before regulatory bodies.
- Public Relations and Communication: Implement public relations strategies; manage media relations and communication.
- Government and Community Relations: Build relationships with government officials and community leaders; represent the company in public affairs activities.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans; coordinate crisis resolution efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Affairs, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in legal and public affairs.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s laws and regulations.
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative work style and strong problem-solving abilities.
