Senior Office Administrator:
 - Diploma in Business Administration
Minimum 8 years of experience in office management / administration, secretarial fields with 5 years in similar field
-Organizes, administers and coordinates office operations and procedures in the assigned Directorate to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Designs and implements office policies, establishes standards and procedures, reviews and approves supply requisitions and maintains office equipment. Performs specialized secretarial, stenographic and general administrative duties.
 
Executive Office Administrator:
 
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Minimum 8 years of experience in office management /administration, secretarial and general office works, at least 5 years should be as Executive Secretary or Management Secretary in a large organization related to oil and gas industry.
-Organises, administers and coordinates office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency in the Office. Performs a wide variety of highly complex administrative and secretarial duties.
