Generates Requests for quotations (RFQ's) from the customers and arranges with proper supplier to fulfill customer requirements.
Monitors and follows up the pricing process in coordination with company's supplier before the closing date.
Finalizes pricing quotation in coordination with the concerned departmen
Monitors of the process of submitting the pricing quotations to the customer.
Solves and clarifies customers inquires regarding technical and commercials issues.
Receives customer's purchasing order (PO) and coordinates to issues the same to the supplier.
Follows up with the concerned dep. to deliver materials to the customer on time.
Follows up , solves and answer customer's problem and inquires after receiving the products and materials.
Receives customer's discrepancy report and sends it to the supplier to solve it.
Recommends sales promotional activates and discount rates
Prepares periodical report in all sales activities and delivers it to his supervisor.
Keeps customer's contacts and resolves customer complaints regarding sales and services.
Assists in directing sales activities and evaluating operations and appraising employees’ performance and ensures prompt sales control.
Represents the company in all sales meetings /conferences
Recommends training programs to maximize the efficiency of the sales team.
