Salary – 4000(Full Pack)
1.Update and maintain the Service project tracker (new service jobs entering, expiry and its notification, PPM, CM, callout etc.. tracking)
2.Ensure the Service visits are attended as per the schedule and update the attended date in the tracker
3.Collect the Customer signed PPM, CM and call out visits report from the Service team immediately after the vis completion
4.Save the PPM, CM and call out reports to the respective service project folder with by creating the subfolder with visited duration as per the contract
5.Highlight to Commercial Manager to submit the invoice as per the contract payment term along with Customer signed reports
6.Maintain the corrective call log for individual service jobs, track and highlight if the callout visits are exceeding from the agreed contract for additional claim
7.Schedule the service team as per the service contract tracker and update in the service team master schedule tracker
8.Notify through mail and call to the Customer on the scheduled service visits and get the confirmation prior to send the service team at site
9.Closely coordinate with PM, CPM, Service lead and Service coordinator on all the tasks to avoid the gaps
10.Attend Customer calls and respond by understanding the contract scope, and give the visit schedule accordingly
11.Service Folder creation as per approved folder structure with proper identification
12.Collect all handover files and save in respective proje folders
13.Create and maintain correspondence log (all project related letters)
14.Receive and acknowledge incoming letters and doents
15.Draft letters in coordination with project managers and follow up for signatures
16.Submit the lette to customer via email and hardcopy if required
17.Doent printing, scanning, submission to customer etc.
18.Archive doents of completed projects
19.Coordinating with subcontractors for any reports and doent submission
20.Maintaining database of manpower and monitoring expiration of POs
21.Coordinating with Service Team for n of 3rd party manpower requirements
