Candidate must be able to carry out the following activities:
• Carry out marketing activities for the workshop, so as to get new clients
• Enhance the brand of the workshop
• Manage the manpower and productivity
• Manage customers and ensure their vehicle is delivered in a timely manner.
• Supervise the operations. This includes productivity, customer management, accounts and purchasing.
• Should deal with Insurance companies. This includes providing estimates and negotiating with insurance companies.
Skills The candidate must have any 2 of the following:
• 5 years experience in auto workshop management, in the UAE. (Mandatory)
• A automotive technical qualification
• Experience in people management
• Sales or accounting qualification
• Should have experience dealing with Insurance companies and fleet owners.
Driving License is a must!
