As the Shop Manag at Bliss Flower Boutique, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our boutique, ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers, and crafting exquisite floral designs. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, maintaining inventory, creating floral arrangements, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shop Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage and schedule staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting.
Floral Design:
- Create and design beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday orders.
- Keep up with floral trends and continuously innovate to offer unique and attractive products.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies, placing orders as needed.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their floral needs, and offering expert advice and recommendations.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Foster strong relationships with repeat customers and build new customer bases through community engagement and events.
- Proven experience as a florist with a strong portfolio of floral designs.
- Previous retail management experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional creativity and artistic ability in floral design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
